You do not have to purchase our mailing lists, you can use your own. Our mailing lists are CASS certified, and in walk-sequence which lowers your postage rate significantly. The CASS certificate is good for 3 months. (1) Choose the zip codes you would like to target and (2) choose the type of zoning you prefer (residential, apartments, or businesses)

Steps that occur through the Mail Prep Stage.

(1) Addresses from Mailing List are ink-jetted onto the Postcards
(2) Postcards are sorted and rubber-banded into the appropriate routes
(3) Postcards are put in trays and labeled for destination

After the mail is prepared, a computer print-out of the mailing will be furnished. The print-out will have details about the mailing. It will also provide the cost of the mailing (actual postage). You, the client, make a check payable to "Postmaster" and drop it off to our office (if we are delivering the mailing to the post office).

You have the choice of delivering the mailing yourself or having us do it for you. If you are delivering it yourself, be prepared to furnish (1) The trays containing the postcards, (2) The print-out detailing the mailing, and (3) The check payable to "Postmaster"
